again pressed for the appointment of an inter-Departmental
Committee to consider the whole matter, that he fully
sympathizes with the Gov. in his desire for a
settlement of the matter on a more equitable and
logical basis, that the representative of this
Office on the Committee (if appointed ) will on-
deavour to get the best possible terms for H.K.
